Zenmuse H30T Infrared Density Filter

The DJI Zenmuse H30T Infrared Density Filter is built for high-temperature thermal work where the standard thermal range is not enough. It extends the H30T’s thermal measurement range up to 0°C to 1600°C in Low Gain mode, helping teams assess extreme heat, hotspots, and fire-related risks more effectively. This is a specialist accessory for high-temperature operations — not something you leave on for normal everyday thermal viewing.

Product Overview
Why this could be the right choice for you
Choose the IR Density Filter when your H30T needs to measure extreme heat, not normal-temperature subjects. It is especially useful for firefighting, industrial heat checks, and hotspot assessment.
Extends H30T thermal range.
Built for high-heat scenes.
Useful for hotspot detection.
Specialist tool, not everyday use..
Practical Benefits
Measure heat the standard H30T range cannot handle
With the filter installed, the H30T expands to 0°C to 1600°C in Low Gain mode and -20°C to 450°C in High Gain mode, giving teams more room to assess extreme thermal scenes.
Built for serious hotspot work
DJI says the filter helps with temperature variation assessment and rapid locating of high-temperature points, making it a strong fit for fire response and industrial heat-risk checks.
Protects the thermal workflow in extreme scenes
Without the filter, DJI warns not to observe subjects above 800°C, as high-energy heat sources can damage the infrared sensor. The filter is the correct accessory when temperatures may exceed that normal limit.
Know the trade-off before you use it
DJI confirms the filter reduces IR signal reception and degrades image quality, so it is not suitable for normal-temperature observation and is recommended for Low Gain mode.
Tiny accessory, very specific job
At only 10 g, it is easy to carry, but its value is specific: helping the H30T handle extreme-temperature thermal measurement when the mission demands it.
