Drone and Payload Consultation

A suitable drone system starts with the work that must be completed—not with the aircraft alone. EDSSA reviews the operating environment, workload, required output and practical constraints before recommending a platform.

  1. Understand the customer’s operation, site and required outcome.
  2. Assess the environment, workload, flight frequency and operational constraints.
  3. Compare compatible aircraft, payloads and software options.
  4. Estimate batteries, chargers, generators and other support equipment.
  5. Recommend suitable training, onboarding and deployment assistance.
  6. Prepare a tailored quotation based on the agreed configuration.

Product Demonstrations

A live demonstration gives decision-makers and operators a clearer view of the aircraft, payload, workflow and support equipment before committing to a system.

  • Demonstrations are arranged by appointment and depend on product and pilot availability.
  • Suitable products are selected according to the customer’s intended application.
  • Decision-makers, operators and technical staff are encouraged to attend.
  • The session can cover setup, aircraft operation, payload use and workflow considerations.
  • Location, weather and site requirements are confirmed before the booking.
  • Any demonstration fee, travel or accommodation cost must be confirmed in advance.

Repair and Warranty Assistance

EDSSA helps customers document faults, submit equipment for assessment and understand the next steps when a product may require repair or warranty-related assistance.

  1. Customer submits the product details, serial number, proof of purchase and fault description.
  2. EDSSA confirms the delivery, drop-off or courier procedure.
  3. The product is logged and prepared for initial assessment.
  4. The customer is informed whether the matter appears warranty-related or chargeable.
  5. Any quotation, approval or additional information is requested before paid work proceeds.
  6. The customer receives collection or return-shipping instructions after completion.

Assessment, parts availability and manufacturer processes can affect timing. No repair turnaround time is promised on this page.
